Empowering Beauty Professionals Through Expertise, Honesty & Heart
I’m Suzanne Egan a Dublin-based Lash, Brow & Waxing Educator with over 14 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. I started out in some of Ireland’s top salons and beauty colleges before moving into teaching, where I discovered my true passion helping others grow, succeed, and love what they do.
In 2020, I launched the Suzanne Egan Academy & Store a fully accredited education and supply platform designed to support beauty professionals at every stage. Whether you're just getting started or looking to take your skills to the next level, we provide real training, real products, and real support.

Our focus is always on practical, salon-ready education. I believe it’s not just about how to do a treatment, but understanding why it works. From lash lifting and waxing to brow design and tinting, every course is built with structure, clarity, and confidence in mind.
We also work closely with Image Skillnet, ensuring our training is affordable, accessible, and tailored to the needs of beauty pros across Ireland.
A Trusted Name in Beauty Education & Distribution
Over the past few years, the Academy has grown into a trusted destination not only for training but also for professional supplies and product education.
I'm proud to be the official Republic of Ireland distributor for Italwax, Ciaobrow, InLei®, and RBF Professional Spray Tanning. We've hosted launch events such as Italwax Day, introduced Lamitta Lash Lift Products to the Irish market, and appeared at major industry events like the Irish Professional Beauty Show, Salon Sessions, and the Irish Barber Expo.
I’ve also developed my own signature range of lash and brow tools, created with the same level of precision and quality that I teach in my courses.
Recognised Voice in the Industry
My work in beauty education has been recognised at both national and international levels. I’ve proudly served as a Judge for the Irish Professional Beauty Awards for the past three years, helping to uphold and celebrate high standards in the industry.
In 2024, I was honoured to be selected as an Examiner for WorldSkills, supporting the next generation of beauty talent.
I also contribute regularly to Irish Beauty Magazine, sharing insights on trends, training, and how to build a long-term, successful career in beauty.
Supporting You Beyond the Treatment Room
I know from experience that technique is only part of the journey. That’s why I also offer business mentoring and consultancy, helping salon owners and beauty professionals with everything from pricing structures and marketing to customer retention and salon growth.
I’m also one of the developers behind the 360 Salon Leadership & Management Programme, designed to give salon owners real tools in business, leadership, and strategy—so they can thrive, not just survive.
What’s Next
Since 2021, I’ve personally trained over 415 students across Ireland—many of whom have gone on to open their own salons, specialise in advanced treatments, or return to upskill with us again.
With more education options and product innovations on the way, I’m committed to staying ahead of the curve and continuing to support our industry in every way I can.
