The Ciaobrow Hybrid Developer is specially formulated to work with Ciaobrow FUSION Tints, delivering rich, long-lasting colour for brow and lash tinting treatments.

How to Use:

Cleanse the brow and lash area thoroughly before application
Mix tint and developer in a 1:1 ratio using a non-metallic bowl
Apply to brows or lashes and process for 10-15 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with warm water

Important Guidelines:

Mix tint and developer immediately before use - do not prepare in advance
Use only with Ciaobrow FUSION Tints
