C-Lift Step 2 is the oxidising and fixing stage of the C-Lift professional cysteamine lash lift system. It reforms bonds within the lash while the lashes are held in the new position created by Step 1 and the shield, stabilising the finished shape.
Step 2 is not simply used to stop Step 1 — correct coverage and full processing time help stabilise the new lash position. C-Lift Step 2 contains Hydrogen Peroxide as its principal oxidising ingredient, and is designed to work as part of the full C-Lift system, suitable for Korean lash lift and classic lash lift techniques alike.
Highlights
- Professional cysteamine lash lift system — Step 2 of 3
- Contains Hydrogen Peroxide as the oxidising ingredient
- Suitable for C-Lift Korean lash lift techniques
- Reforms bonds while lashes are held in their new position
- Applied only after Step 1 has been fully processed, checked and completely removed
- Can optionally be mixed with C-Lift Powder when balm is not being used
- For use by trained lash lift professionals only
How it's used
Apply Step 2 only once Step 1 has fully processed, the lash has been checked, and Step 1 has been completely removed — any residue left behind can interfere with proper neutralisation. Full coverage and complete processing help stabilise the new lash position — Step 2 should be given the same care and attention as Step 1, not treated as a quick final step.
If balm is not being used as part of the wrapping technique, C-Lift Powder can be mixed into Step 2 instead of Step 1 to help with glueless application. This is optional and technique-led, in the same way Powder is optional with Step 1.
Checking lash response
Step 2 needs full coverage and complete processing time to properly fix the new lash position — it isn't a step to shortcut once Step 1 is removed. Give it the same unhurried attention and full timing as Step 1 before moving on to Step 3.
Common mistakes to avoid
-
Leaving Step 1 residue behind. Step 1 must be fully removed before Step 2 is applied — any residue left on the lash can interfere with proper neutralisation and affect the final result.
-
Treating Step 2 as just “stopping” Step 1. Step 2 is a full oxidising and fixing stage in its own right, not a quick final touch.
-
Rushing coverage or timing. Correct coverage and complete processing time are what stabilise the new lash position — incomplete application can affect how well the lift holds.
-
Applying Step 2 before Step 1 has been fully checked. Step 2 should follow full Step 1 processing and a proper lash check, not a fixed time regardless of how the lash has responded.
