Participants need a laptop or tablet to access online platforms, complete assignments, and engage in face-to-face session activities.

Course Overview
We all know the saying “working on” and “working in” the business. This course has been designed to support you to work on your business and to drive it forward. However, to do this, you will need to give yourself the gift of time and space. Successful participants must agree to commit to this and invest in self-directed learning where students will be required and expected to complete the tasks in their own time. The assignments have been designed to drive your business forward and create real value. The Business 360 Management and Leadership Programme is a tailored course for salon owners, managers, and leaders in the hair, beauty & spa industry. It provides a comprehensive understanding of key business areas, , including leadership, management, strategic planning, financial management, marketing, HR, and legal compliance. 

Participants will gain real-world skills through a blend of face-to-face training, online learning, peer-to-peer support and practical assignments, enabling them to: 

• Build effective business strategies
• Critically analysis their own business and problem solve.
• Develop your professional leadership and management skills.
• Learn how to deliver high-level customer service, while attracting and retaining clients.
• Build a positive workplace culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Focus on financial management, revenue drivers, productivity and profitability.
• Understand sales and how to market your services and your business.

Upon completion, participants will have an actionable strategic plan to successfully develop their businesses and lead their people in a competitive industry.
