Ciaobrow Step 1 Lash Lift – Lifting Cream

Our Relaxing Solution: the first step in the Ciaobrow Lash Lift process. The Lifting Cream breaks down the internal structure of the lash hair so it can be gently reshaped into a lifted curl.

1. Can I use the Lash Lift solution on the brows, or the Brow Lamination solution on the lashes?

No—Step 1 Lash Lift and Step 1 Brow Lamination are separately formulated for their specific treatment areas. The lash solution is stronger and not suitable for use on the skin, while the brow version is gentler and designed for brow hair. Interchanging them is not recommended.

2. Are any of the products dual-purpose?

Yes—Step 2 (Neutralising Lotion) and Step 3 (Nourishing Serum) are dual-purpose, suitable for use in both Lash Lift and Brow Lamination treatments. This allows for greater flexibility and value in professional use.

3. Who can purchase and use Ciaobrow products?

Ciaobrow products are sold exclusively to qualified professionals. You must be certified in lash and/or brow treatments to purchase and use the system. A patch test is required prior to treatment.

4. Can I mix Ciaobrow products with other brands?

For best results, we recommend using the full Ciaobrow system. While some professionals may mix systems, doing so can affect processing times and end results, especially with active Step 1 & 2 products.

5. How should I store Ciaobrow products to maintain their effectiveness?

Store all Ciaobrow solutions in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Make sure sachets and bottles are resealed immediately after use to maintain their potency and prevent oxidation. Always check expiry dates and discard any product that has been left open too long or improperly stored.
